Helping people thrive in love, life, career, and digital skills, through practical wisdom, not empty motivation.

Hi, I'm Blessing Egan, the founder of MBThrive.

I believe thriving isn't something that happens by chance it's something we build through the right mindset, meaningful relationships, and practical skills.

For over 13 years, I've worked in accounting and finance while helping people grow beyond their limitations. Along the way, I've realized that many people don't struggle because they lack potential; they struggle because they were never taught the life skills that truly matter. That's why I created MBThrive.

MBThrive is a platform dedicated to helping people thrive in love, life, career, and digital skills. Whether you're learning how to build healthier relationships, improve your personal growth, develop valuable digital skills, or create a better future for yourself, you'll find practical guidance here.

My journey has taught me that success isn't just about making money or earning degrees. It's about becoming the kind of person who can build a fulfilling life, make wise decisions, create meaningful relationships, and adapt to a changing world.

Professionally, I have spent more than a decade in accounting and payroll management, helping organizations manage complex financial operations with accuracy and integrity. Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, experiences that have strengthened my passion for combining knowledge with real-world application.
But beyond my qualifications, I'm a wife, a mother, a lifelong learner, and someone who understands that life comes with seasons of growth, uncertainty, setbacks, and fresh beginnings.

Everything I share on MBThrive is rooted in one simple goal:
To help you become a better version of yourself, one practical lesson at a time.

Here you'll discover articles, guides, courses, and practical insights designed to help you:
  • Build healthy and lasting relationships.
  • Develop valuable digital and career skills.
  • Grow in confidence and personal leadership.
  • Make smarter financial and life decisions.
  • Create a life you can genuinely be proud of.

My approach is simple:
No fluff.
No unrealistic promises.

Just practical wisdom you can apply immediately.
If you're ready to grow, learn, and thrive, you're in the right place.

Welcome to MBThrive.
Let's thrive together.

I think about this a lot too. Not every marital crisis ends in separation. Some women are still in the marriage. Still cooking dinner. Still smiling in family pictures. Still showing up to church, to work, to school runs.
